Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Every property for sale and rent needs an EPC. This is a service we offer at a price of £90 (£75+VAT). Please contact the office on 01457871845 or email email@example.com if you would like to book an EPC.
Bridges are a member of the property ombudsman and deposits are logged with DPS Scheme.
A £100 holding deposit is required on rental applications. A security deposit is required which is equal to the 1st months rent. We do not charge any agency fees. Tenants will be required to pay for breakages within the property which are a result of their own actions/inactions (i.e. not general wear and tear).

We offer 2 rental tiers for landlords: Fully Managed or Finders Only. We charge 12% of the rental income each month for Fully Managed, and the 1st month's rent for Finders Only. There is an initial admin charge of £150.
